FAQs
Can we have samples for trials?
Yes, we provide free samples of up to 250g per individual/ organisation for trials. However due to the small quantities we send it by courier and will bill you for the courier cost. Large volume buyers are allowed samples of up to a maximum of 15Kg and we will bill for the product at the going rate and courier, however the item price will be discounted from the volume order when placed.
Coz of the sample is less in weight, we can only send it by air, we’ll charge the fee for air freight.
What is your minimum order quantity for large volumes?
Our MOQ for a large volume order is 1200Kg
How long will it take for me to receive my products?
Our standard orders are produced and shipped within two weeks. Your order could take longer depending on volume and customisation. Most of our distributors have ready stock and your sales agent will keep you up to date at every stage of the order.
What if there is no distributor in my country?

Will you provide advice and guidance on how to use the products?
Yes indeed. So far we are providing support and guidance not only via our brochure but also on an individual basis. We have invested in continual research and will like to continue to work with our customers closely to help them achieve optimal application.
